Take Vertex Home Inspection on as a business partner to give you the tools to properly negotiate the sale, purchase, or lease of a commercial property. The key to the effectiveness of our Commercial Real Estate Inspection is the flexibility that we have to tailor each inspection for your specific needs. No two properties are the same.
We operate under the umbrella of the InterNACHI Commercial Standards of Practice, but this will be tailored for you based on budget, and need. We will work with you to develop a Scope of Word that applies to your specific property and risk tolerance. Once that is agreed upon we will set a time for the inspection and get to work.
We will request that you provide as much documentation on the property as is reasonably accessible. We will send you a list of possible documentation that will aid in creating a full picture of the properties condition. On the day of the inspection we will perform interviews with key people that have actual knowledge of the building. Next we will begin the Walk Through Survey. This is a visual inspection of all systems and structure of the building as defined in the Standards of Practice and the Scope of Work that we create together. The objective of the walk-through survey is to allow the inspector to visually observe the subject property, gather information, and note items of interest.
If a more exhaustive inspection is desired we can build a team with a variety of our professional services consultants to give you the specific depth of due diligence that you require. In addition to the standard inspection we also provide additional add on reports at your request that include Accessibility, Green Features, and Fire Door inspections.
